Bravr.ai is the sister brand to Bravr Ltd, a London-based digital marketing agency that’s been helping businesses since 2009. This is where we share the AI systems, workflows, and tooling we’ve built internally, so other businesses can benefit too.
The Story
I was ten years old with a Goldstar 80286, and I remember my first experience with AI: a little DOS application called Dr. Sbaitso. At the time, I was amazed by text-to-speech coming out of a PC speaker. It felt like the future.
Fast forward to 2026, and AI is all anyone talks about. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination. I’ve been running Bravr, a digital marketing agency in London, since 2009. In that time, I’ve watched the industry evolve from keyword stuffing to whatever you’d call what we’re doing now. When AI started getting good, really good, not just impressive demos, I got quietly obsessive.
A magazine once described me as otaku: quietly obsessive. It stuck because it’s true. I started with ChatGPT like everyone else, then moved through Perplexity, Grok, Claude. I ran LM Studio on an RTX 4080, then a 4090, and now a dual GPU RTX 6000 Blackwell running Ubuntu with a full suite of AI software. I’m as excited about AI as I was about SEO in 2001.
The difference is that I didn’t just play with it. I built things. Real systems that solve real problems for real clients. And for a long time, that work stayed internal, hidden behind the day-to-day of running an agency.
Bravr.ai is how we show that work to the outside world.
AI and Search Are Symbiotic
Here’s something most people miss: AI needs search. Large language models are trained on knowledge that goes stale. They need fresh, accurate, structured information to work with. And your business still needs to appear in search, LLM knowledge alone isn’t enough to drive customers to your door.
We understand both sides of that equation. We’ve been doing SEO for nearly two decades. We know how search works, what content ranks, and why. And we’ve spent the last few years building AI systems that integrate with that knowledge rather than replacing it.
That’s not a contradiction. It’s a competitive advantage.
Beyond the Chat UI
Most people’s experience with AI stops at typing a question into a chat box. That’s fine for personal use. For business, you need more: systems that integrate with your tools, workflows that handle complexity, and automation that actually saves time instead of creating more work.
We build those systems. Content quality audits that evaluate 10,000 pages in 48 hours. Multi-agent architectures where specialised AI roles collaborate like a human team. Automation pipelines that cut weekly reporting from six hours to twenty minutes.
None of this is theoretical. We use these systems ourselves first, then deploy them for clients. If something doesn’t work, we fix it before you ever see it.
Why We Invested in Local AI
Our lab setup, the RTX Blackwell rig, the on-premise inference, isn’t about showing off. It’s about privacy and cost. When you’re rewriting 250,000 product descriptions or running site-wide content evaluations, sending every request to a cloud API gets expensive fast. More importantly, some client data shouldn’t leave your infrastructure.
Local processing means full data sovereignty. No per-token costs eating into your budget. No concerns about where your data ends up. We still use frontier models where it makes sense, but the heavy lifting happens on our hardware, under our control.
How We Work
I believe in building relationships before selling services. There’s a Japanese concept where you don’t discuss business until you’ve gotten to know the person. I like that. It’s how we’ve operated for 17 years, and it’s not changing now.
We’re not going to pitch you a 47-slide deck about leveraging synergies. We’re going to listen to your problem, tell you honestly whether AI can help, and if it can, build something that actually works. If it can’t, we’ll tell you that too.
That honesty has kept clients with us for years. Some have been with Bravr since the early days. That says more than any case study.
Got a problem?
Tell us what's broken, slow, or painful. We'll figure out if AI can help, and if it can, we'll build it.
