Your Right to Erasure Under GDPR
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data without undue delay. This is commonly referred to as the “right to be forgotten”.
When Can You Request Erasure?
You may request erasure of your personal data where one of the following grounds applies:
- Your personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was collected or otherwise processed
- You withdraw consent on which the processing is based, and there is no other legal ground for the processing
- You object to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing
- Your personal data have been unlawfully processed
- Your personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Member State law to which we are subject
- Your personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services referred to in Article 8(1) of the GDPR
Exceptions to the Right to Erasure
The right to erasure does not apply where processing is necessary for one of the following reasons:
- To exercise the right of freedom of expression and information
- To comply with a legal obligation which requires processing by Union or Member State law to which we are subject
- To perform a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller
- For archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes
- To establish, exercise or defend legal claims

Response Timeframe
We will respond to your request within one month of receipt, as required by the GDPR. If your request is particularly complex or you have made multiple requests, this period may be extended by a further two months.
No Fee Required
